Britte Sunde Mulcahy and her crafty team of busy florists have been creating beauty with botanics since the year 2000. Britte's passion for all things floral began in her childhood in the Byron Shires diverse natural landscapes and subtropical biology. Her career began in Sydney with Saskia Havekes and Grandiflora where she learnt to craft and design nature into works of art.
Moving back to her home town in 2000 was the catalyst for her to start beautiflora and to bring her love and knowledge of flowers to the region. Working from a studio in the hinterland she quickly became highly sought after as a designer and has an impressive portfolio of work involving events, contracts and now a fresh florist space in the brand new Newrybar Merchants artisan collective.
Her current team of florists are pushing boundaries of floral design and raising the bar both locally and nationally.

From Cape Town to the Byron Bay Hinterland of Bangalow, Diana's journey to becoming a full time artist has been a long and winding one. She now lives her passion on a daily basis creating her expressive abstract paintings in acrylics.
Diana’s paintings are manifested from emotion and life experience, and built from intuitive blends of colour and random markings, creating and revealing shape, texture, detail and creating something of beauty. Her artworks are no longer analytically derived but rather intuitively and spontaneously evolved. A form of meditation, the painting process takes Diana into a place of stillness and discovery as the work takes on it’s own personality. And that’s just the way she likes it to be – a spiritual practice of letting go and trusting.
In addition to her original paintings Diana also produces commissioned work for clients and has a range of prints, cushions, greeting cards, activewear and swimwear available in store and from her online store on her website.
Diana is represented locally by Art Piece Gallery in Mullimbimby and by Fenton & Fenton in Melbourne.
