Her work as an interior designer and stylist has been captivating readers across the media landscape in Australia and around the globe for 20 years, regularly appearing in magazines and newspapers such as as Home Beautiful, Inside Out, Country Style, Real Living, Elle Decoration UK, Elle Decor Denmark, Marie Claire and Bolig Liv.
Her books, Sense of Style: Colour and Sense of style: Space have been translated into Dutch, Danish, Spanish, Finnish and Chinese. Her latest book, How To Decorate has been published in Australia and the USA through Penguin and Random House.
Shannon’s interest in spirit healing modalities, energy wellbeing and psychology coupled with her understanding of the principles of design have seen her carve out a unique space in the lifestyle market. She regularly consults to companies on how to use all facets of design to improve energy and wellbeing in the home and the workplace. Britte Sunde Malcahy
Britte Sunde Mulcahy and her crafty team of busy florists have been creating beauty with botanics since the year 2000. Britte's passion for all things floral began in her childhood in the Byron Shires diverse natural landscapes and subtropical biology. Her career began in Sydney with Saskia Havekes and Grandiflora where she learnt to craft and design nature into works of art.
Moving back to her home town in 2000 was the catalyst for her to start beautiflora and to bring her love and knowledge of flowers to the region. Working from a studio in the hinterland she quickly became highly sought after as a designer and has an impressive portfolio of work involving events, contracts and now a fresh florist space in the brand new Newrybar Merchants artisan collective.
Her current team of florists are pushing boundaries of floral design and raising the bar both locally and nationally.

Launched upon her return to Sydney after living & working in New York for 10 years, The Society Inc. first appeared in a terrace in the heart of Sydney’s inner-city suburb of Paddington, and has since grown to occupy an expansive warehouse space in Sydney’s inner west. The historic town of Newrybar will be The Society Inc’s latest home - a hardware & haberdashery shop with a treasure trove of oddities and curiosities collected whilst globetrotting & adventuring into terrains less trodden.
Sibella has built up an impressive resume from vision & concept through to direction & creation, design and styling for magazines, advertising & catalogue shoots, product design, as well as involvement in cultural events all over the world as a speaker and curator.
